Q: What does improving your image from the inside out mean?
 A: Improving your image starts on the inside; it has to be something you really want for yourself. A commitment needs to be made to looking your absolute best, starting today. When you look your best, with what you have, self acceptance comes naturally. I believe women and men of all shapes and sizes can look fabulous, just by knowing what works for them. I guarantee when your image improves, your overall confidence improves. I've seen it time and time again. Everyone deserves to look their best, starting right now, this very moment.

Q: How you go about doing that?
 A: I really help my clients to feel great about themselves. show them how to improve their image, dress in their own style, and choose things that will make them look great. I encourage them to try new things, but only things that will work on them. I basically show people how to become an improved version of themselves.

Q: Who are your clients? What kind of clients do you have?
 A: I've worked with all different types of people. I've worked with everyone from corporate to casual-style people, trendy to classic-style people, and everything in between. I've worked with both women and men of every age-range and ethnicity. Each of my client's goals have varied, but each one's satisfaction and enjoyment has been the same. That's the most important thing. I want every client to enjoy the process, and achieve great results. I promise I will not stop working with each client until they are 100% completely happy and satisfied with their improved appearance.

Q: Where does the Initial Consultation take place, and how long does it take?
 A: The Initial Consultation takes place in my office or the location of your choice, and it takes around half an hour to an hour.

Q: Do I need to bring anything for the Initial Consultation, and what will we do?
 A: I'll ask you some questions, and then we'll figure out which Package or Services are best for you, and take your "before" photos. Just bring any specific questions you have, or any ideas of things you would like to work on.

Q: Where does the Image Consultation take place, and do I need to bring anything?
 A: The Image Consultation takes place either in your home or my Manhattan office, and you don't need to bring anything. Everything will be provided for you.

Q: How do I know which Makeover Package is right for me?
 A: Every Makeover package will be customized to perfectly suit your needs, and any Optional Add-ons, such as a haircut, can be added on at anytime.

Q: How long do the Makeover Packages normally take?
 A: Up to two sessions can be done per day. If there are four sessions in a Package, it can be done in approximately two to four days. A weekend is the perfect amount of time to do a complete a Makeover Package.

Q: Do you offer Virtual Makeovers for people outside of New York?
 A: Yes, I am presently working on providing this service for my out-of-town clients.

Q: How do I pay for Packages or Services?
 A: They must be paid for up-front, using Paypal. Any credit card or debit card can be used with Paypal. Payment can be made half up front and half midway through the sessions.

Q: Where does the Wardrobe Makeover take place?
 A: The Wardrobe Makeover will either take place in your home, in order to organize your current wardrobe, or else you can bring some of your wardrobe to my office.

Q: Where will we go for the Personal Shopping?
 A: I'll choose specfic stores in Manhattan that will have your style of clothing. Either we will choose store which are close to one another, or a department store that will cover all of your shopping needs.

Q: What time do the sessions take place?
 A: I have evening and weekend day appointments available, as well as week-day appointments. Please schedule at least one week in advance, and give 2-3 days notice of any cancellations.

Q: If I contact you to schedule a Initial Consultation will I be contacted back quickly?
 A: Yes! You will be contacted as soon as possible, within 24 hours, and I will schedule an appointment for your Initial Consultation.
